Made for the moment
Celebration cakes have evolved dramatically in shape, structure and design since I began training in the 1980s. Today, deep cakes, chocolate details, wafer paper, buttercream textures, ombre effects, stencilling and Sugarpaste panelling offer almost endless creative possibilities.
My own style has evolved alongside these trends, often incorporating vibrant Belgian chocolate elements — a favourite among recipients.
Cakes are available in round or square shapes and can be made in standard depth, deep layer or multi-tier designs.

Collection & delivery
Celebration cakes are usually collected by appointment. Delivery may be available by exception, depending on distance and setup requirements.
